    New Store / Guide Load Times Tested


    1. All test were done on an Xbox One S 2. The timer was stopped after everything was fully loaded meaning nothing was greyed out, all content was displayed **3. Each test was done 10x for consistency

    New Microsoft Store -

    Opening Microsoft Store Via See In Microsoft Store: 2.82

    Opening Microsoft Store: 2.58

    Opening Microsoft Store While It Was Already Running: 0.93

    Settings -

    Opening Settings: 2.62

    Opening Settings While It Was Already Running: 0.93

    Opening A Settings Tab: 0.33

    New Games & Apps -

    Opening My Games & Apps: 0.92

    Insider Hub App: 11.86

    Insider Hub Beta App: 13.89

    Account is signed in yet Games and Live Service telling me otherwise

    I have the exact same problem and was also part of the preview program. I can sign in but cannot see achievements, news feed, none of the store content loads, and the guide also does not load. Tried rebooting many times to no avail including unplugging
    it for 5 minutes and plugging it back in.

    Are you positive it freezes or, just a VERY long loading screen....... Hit the Guide button to test. (updates can take a few hours at times) GOOD LUCK!!!!

    Just Cause 3 - your experience

    Hey all,

    Stumbled across a small fix for the long loads :) what I do, is when its taking forever to load, is just double tap the guide button to bring up your friends list. For some reason, it will kick the game into gear and make it load much faster. I have no idea
    why, but I've tested it a few times and it seems to work :) I now double tap the guide everytime it starts to load!

    Will we see new features added to the Xbox One Live Account?

    Im pretty sure we will see loads of new features as time goes on

    One guide just added in the uk new smartglass beta just landed also.

    I also read yesterday that microsoft are going to start letting the w8 and wp8 devs start putting there apps on the xbox one store.

    So we mite even see an xbox one version of cortana (ms new digital assistant)

    but i think its a good time to be an xbox one owner

    Testing times

    Both consoles will continue to sell well and will have thriving online communities, I wouldn't worry about the perceived negative buzz, there is a lot of hype for Titanfall - it will sell consoles, and of course the next Halo will definitely move consoles,
    once people are done with those games they won't just throw their Xbox in a closet, they will get new games.
