    New Store Experience not updating current balance


    So I decided to buy a small game using some Microsoft Rewards points I accumulated. I made the transaction in the New Store and the balance that I should have left would be around $2 MXN, but later I found out that no money was "removed" from my balance. I checked in my Microsoft account and apparently I indeed only had $2 MXN but the New Store wasn't updating the balance. The Store also looked like it was accepting money I didn't have, since when I was looking at other games around the same price, the store saw the non-existent money as a valid option (Though I haven't tried it since it will must likely charge my credit card or just straight up get an error). I also tried to reset the console but the same thing was happening.

    The UI would have changed due to a console update which was released a few days ago. As for the store experience update. That will just be an update for the Microsoft Store app. It is a separate update to the console one.

    The avatar store is set up on the same store as the 360. Unfortunately the One store has never been updated to work with the Microsoft account balance for purchasing items from the 360 store. Hopefully once the new avatars are released you may be able to
    purchase the items with the funds.
