New Series S Question

had the same Problem With My Xbox

When my dad got a series S and i wanted to play with him but it said about "You don't have this game"

and I Just got a New Laptop to! so idk what happend

Also having the same problem with the Game Pass Subscription not carrying over to the new console, so it works under my account, but not on the new console under any other profiles
