    my brother bought me a brand new fallout 4 and with the game disc comes a code for fallout 3 and when i tried to redeemd the code for the first time the xbox said that the code already used. help me please!

    gears of war 4 promotional codes

    i have been in contact with xbox support and was referred here

    xbox support reference number: 1383077277

    i purchased a copy of gears of war 4 online from game.co.uk which came codes to download gears of war 1, 2, 3 and judgement, the codes where included on a card inside the gears of war 4 game box

    the game was new and sealed but when i tried to redeem the codes on my xbox one i got a message telling me the codes have already been redeemed

    I received a sealed Fallout 3 download code with my Xbox One Fallout 4 bundle. When I entered the code for redemption onto my Xbox live account, I received a message stating my code was already redeemed. Any solution, or new code would be appreciated, so
    that I can play my game.

    You would need to try taking it back to the retailer to see if they can exchange it for you.

    Most retailers will exchange games as long as they're the exact same thing.

    You can wait and see if forum support has a different answer, but phone and chat support typically send people to the forums when they are unable to assist.

    Very sorry to hear about the issue! In this scenario, I do recommend reaching out to the retailer to explain the issue as we are unable to replace codes that are included with physical copies of games.

    I do recommend trying to redeem the code through Xbox.com a couple different browsers as well before reaching out just in case!

    Physical disk games comes from the publishers also where the code's come from that why you have to go to the retailer
