new revamped chat section on Xbox app (PC) has multiple issues.

The chat section was revamped to make it work like in the Steam launcher. There you open a new window with all your conversations to chat with friends. In the Xbox App (PC) you used to chat inside the "Social" section, all within the app, but now it makes you use a new window for each friend you want to talk to; 3 friends, 3 different windows.
This new change aims to solve the issue of "I can't talk with my friends at the same time I'm looking at the sales on the Store" or using the Xbox App for other things. The problem is, in Xbox this issue was already solved by Xbox Game Bar, you just hit Win + G to talk with your friends & that's it, so there's no point for this change. In Steam however, you don't have the Game Bar option, so they do need it, Xbox doesn't.

-If friends share Xbox Clips through the Xbox chat, you cannot watch them in Fullscreen at all, not even if you maximize the window, the clip will still be small. Before this revamp, that was completely possible.



-Since a new window opens every time you talk with a friend, if you're talking with 3 friends at the same time on Xbox, you'll have 3 windows total, cluttering your desktop. This does not occur in Steam since every conversation is contained in a single window with all your conversations where you can click & choose, exactly as the Xbox Game Bar has.

-Let's say you're talking with 2 friends & you decide to hit the X in the Xbox App to minimize it the system tray, but you want to keep talking with your friends. Doing this will completely close those 2 windows where you were talking with your friends too, with makes you question; Why do they even separated the friend section of the Xbox App, if they're gonna close those windows too when we minimize the Xbox App to the system tray? For instance, this does not occur in Steam at all. If you hit the X to minimize to system tray, your friend's window will still be open so you can keep talking with your friends.
I don't see why a new window opening every time I want to chat with a friend is more useful than to having all within the Xbox App like it was before & using the Xbox Game Bar when I needed it to be separated. It truly needs to go back to how it was before.
