    New refund system not working


    Hello I'm casin. Today I got a "Message from Xbox" when I turned on my console and when I read it, it claimed that there is a new refund system and all I need to do is go to my order history and look for the refund link and I can't seem to find it anywhere
    and I've been trying to refund a game and it's not allowing. The support that helped me through this says I'm higher then the needed preview program ring to be included in this and doesn't know why I don't have access to this feature any help?

    You can post in the preview forums to get assistance with trying to get that system to work, but refunds are not given via the forums and would only be given through phone/chat support.

    New refund system not working

    There are some restrictions with the refund option:

    • Games and apps are only eligible for refunds within two weeks of purchase if you have less than 2 hours of usage across all accounts on that device.
    • DLC, season passes, and DLC are not eligible for self-service refunds.
    • The game or app must be downloaded and launched at least once before requesting a self-service refund.
    • You must wait at least one day after the game or app's launch before requesting a refund.
    • Certain Windows 10 apps may not be eligible for a self-service refund. Presumably at developer's requests.
    • Microsoft emphasizes that it reserves the right to block access for users who abuse self-service refunds. So, people who repeatedly purchase, then refund games simply to test them out are likely to find themselves with a ban.
    If what you're trying to refund does not fall into one of those catagories, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Just tried here on my end and everything seems to be working just fine. Please use a different browser.

    You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-...

    I'm having this issue as well. It's very loud and it's like a grass hopper. It's much louder than the systems fan.

    I will speak to someone tomorrow about it. A refurbished console is out of the question. It's get a working new replacement or get a refund.

    Thats not true. If your a insider and the refund system is not working you have to post on the forum.
