    New privacy law


    Hello

    I wan't to play minecraft java edition again but when I trie to log in to my account it says that I need to send an email to one of my parents for parental control. So I did that, but it saids my mom needs to pay €0.10 as a guarantee but my my mom doesn't
    wan't to give her creditcard info because she is scared that her credit card will be hacked again.

    Can someone tell me what to do pls.

    I believe you are in error about it being a law. OLG releasing names is for promotional reasons and not legal reasons, it's a condition of claiming your prize. Microsoft contests have no such stipulations that I know of. Publishing the identity of winners
    violates privacy laws, and that IS breaking the law.

    If such a law exists, point me to it.

    Things i would like to see

    The reason it is not recording your voices is it is an invasion of privacy, so it can't do that. Your game is not the same as your voice to the law.

    If you're unable to sign into the account and remove the card your only option is to cancel the credit card and have a new one issued. Due to privacy laws nothing else can be done unfortunately.

    Really, Australians have literally no devices that are audio activated connected to a data network at the moment ? Wow, because I find that hard to believe. (and accordingly to what has been said in some interviews it is only the mic which cannot be disabled)

    Civil Liberties Australia is not a governmental agency. Given Australia's Big Brother behavior in the past, I expect the actual Australian government has little issue with Kinect.
