new phone and online scam

i was called from 855-930-6668 and told that my microsoft 10 licence had expired. I know that this is a scam as I do not have any microsoft 10 system and when I checked online many other people have been scammed by this phone number. I just thought you should
know.

ok simple analagy google "xbox renewal scam" then google "phone bill renewal scam" as more people have phones than xboxs, would it not be logical under your analogy to assume that there would be more results regarding the phone bill........................er

Is Xbox live a scam?

It wants to charge my credit card for subscription, I havent used it for twelve months I dont want another twelve months!

I cant cancel it online but I can update all my details and renew my credit card information.

I can never get through on the phone.

Don't give your credit card info to this scam like I have.

The form you provided was for any abuse on the Microsoft services (such as Outlook.com, OneDrive etc..) but not for phone scams.

Phone scams are reported to other agencies outside of Microsoft corp. They then investigate and contact Microsoft whenever they need to.

But me personally would report the phone call. Mainly because, although they are not ringing you anymore, they could be ringing other people. Some people do fall for these scams. It is upsetting to see, but it does happen
