    Thank you for reaching out to the Xbox Forums. If you just sign-in with the profile that you have purchased the Premium on, the premium will be transfered to your new PC.

    Not on the same pc, I tried on my surface and bought the premium version there. Don't know why I can't do it on pc. If you have the possibility to buy it on an other pc, buy it and you'll have premium on your pc too. That's how I solved it.
