    New PC - Halo Infinite quits to desktop every time I search for a game


    So I just built my new PC, which is a 13600k, 32gb DDR 5 5800, 4tb M.2 and a Gigabyte 4090 OC.

    I decided to install Halo Infinite to see what the performance is like however, every single time I try to search for a match, the game just closes and takes me back to the desktop.

    I've tried closing any additional overlays (e.g. discord, afterburner) but it keeps doing the same thing. I have all the latest drivers.

    Additional information is needed, please tell me:
    Are you using windows 10 or 11?
    Is this happening only with Halo infinite or if you try a different game the issue persist?
    Are you playing the Steam or Microsoft store version of the game?
    And besides closing additional overlays, did you tried something else or that's all?
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    Also now I noticed halo infinite doesn't have permission on the PC.

    Every other game does. Like halo 5 forge etc.

    Halo 5 forge I had installed since it came out with permissions and it has never once moved on its own. Same with fallout 3.

    Seems newer titles like fallout 4 doom eternal. Halo infinite and pretty well every indie game that requires app permissions are susceptible to this.
