New password window on white background...?

Hello everyone, it seems I have to describ my problem in English. Ok. It will be a little more difficult so be sure I'm sorry for the mistake and your diffulties for understanding me. Thanks.

Since this afternoon, if I want to connect my Xbox One I have to write my password in a new and unusually window...

The background is not gray as usual but completely white and the message I write down below can be read :

"Entrez nouveau votre mot de passe

Etant donné que vous accédez des informations sensibles, vous devez vérifier votre mot de passe pour *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***"

The gist is "Write again your password

As you'll get to sensitives informations, you have to check your password for your email adress."

Then there is:

- a shape where the passwoerd has to be writting;

- a link if I have forget my password;

- a ling for the Microsoft's confidentiality policy;

- and at last a shape for the connexion (if I write my password of course).

I don't trust this new windows and I wanted to ask Microsoft about it.

The chat has collapsed the first time and it's frozen right now (the second time). 19 persons are ahead of me since near 2 hours.

At 17.40 I had to wait the Microsfot call for near 41 minutes. It's 20.40 now and I'm still waiting... so here I am.

Is this white window which require the password a normal Microsoft window or not?

"0x80a4001a" error code. Impossible connect with password :-( ????

Not the same visual configuration to write text : white window for password.

A real tested solution without losing data please ?

Game pass unable and others... :-(

Ye olde backgrounds from before NXE and non premium backgrounds always have that white thing. There's no way around it.

Just need moguls, summons, and white text on blue background.

I just had it on my computer but the background was all white, and now it's gone.

Hi,

As long as you're signed in with the same e-mail you're using to login to Xbox.com with you should see an icon that has a green background and a white controller on it. It might or might not say the word Games on it. Going to that application should bring up
the available games on the windows phone.
