    How do I request a refund for a game that is free for live gold but charged?

    Anyway I had look around all support pages for hours but couldn't find that page! Could you request the maintainers of Korean support pages for checking if some links are broken w.r.t refund process?

    According to Refund orders support page there is a delay in refund processing.
