New Minecraft download not working

    New Minecraft download not working


    I have had issues obtaining the Free update from Minecraft Xbox One Edition to the new Minecraft as promised by the pop up in the game. I played the 23 hours, surpassing the 5 hour requirement for the download. The last time I saw this popup for the free
    update was on June 21, 2018. I have contacted customer service, with whom directed me here for further assistance.

    When the in game pop up is clicked, my console brings me to the microsoft store and says it is $19.99.

    Please help me get this error resolved. Thank you.

    Install problem

    I've had the same issue today too. While trying to download the new Minecraft multiplatform capable multiplayer game on the store. If you've played Minecraft for a while, you get the new version for free. The dashboard said I've purchased it but also no
    matter how many times I reinstall and restart, it's not working.

    It's likely an O Oh, that shouldn't have happened glitch thingy. Try again tomorrow. Should be up and running properly then.

    CLiP license id does not match the device in the bound device license

    I don't get an error code accept for "an error occurred on our end" and a manual install also does not work.

    Also is their three packages for the minecraft launcher?

    One that is for both java edition and inecragt for Windows

    The second java edition

    The third minecraft for windows.

    I did eventually get a version to work since the old launcher redirected me to the new launcher which I installed and did let me install minecraft for windows version.

    However the store version which downloads java edition and something else never worked.

    Not by reseting not by uninstalling and reinstalling not by downloading from the minecraft website and manually downloading.
