New Lag/Freezes Since XBox Fitness Update

I called support this evening. They told me it was a network issue on my end. I have been using this app for quite some time now. Based on the guy I talked to xbox one is not aware of any issue or working on anything.

 

I posted on Sumo Digital's Facebook page (they developed the software for Xbox Fitness). They claim they are aware of the issue... but gave no other information other than that.

 

I had this problem first during a P90X workout when it kicked in about halfway through the workout. It seems from reading everyone's experience it happens around the 20 minute mark of most of the videos.

So today I tried one of the 10 minute workouts to see if I could complete it without the issue and it worked. I was able to get through 1 full 10 minute workout without any lag.

Then I tried doing a 2nd 10 minute workout and the lag started at about the 5 minute mark and continued to the end. It seems that no matter what the lag will start after about 15-20 minutes of your workouts no matter whether it's in 1 longer workout or
2 shorter workouts.

 

Same for me, done 3 hard reboots and still same, 20.moms im scores start lagging. Frustrating with my average going down more and more. Giving me more of a reason for a HRM

 

Same issue here, P90X chest/shoulders/arms was lagging real hard yesterday and by the end of it I was a good 20k fit points below what my score normally is.

General Xbox support isn't always aware. To some people they said it is a known issue only after they ruled out some other causes. But the people who are directly involved with Xbox Fitness (like the people behind the @XboxFitness twitter account) are definitely
aware. I am pretty confident there will be an update, hopefully before the end of next week.

 

Same here! Scores for sessions this week have been way below average and alerts are laggy. Connectivity and disk space are all fine.

Hope this gets fixed soon.

 

It's pathetic the amount of lag towards the end of each workout. It's so bad that I actually taped a piece of paper over the scoring because it *** me off so much. Just think, there is a whole team at Microsoft just dedicated to the Fitness app.....what
the hell they've been doing this last week? Sorry, I'm just a bit annoyed :-(

Same issue as everyone else, glad I'm not alone!!! Hopefully they recognize this is a common issue and fix it promptly. I haven't had this problem before and I know it's not a network issue as the video streams on the left side of the screen just fine as
it always has before. Problem seems to crop up at about the 15-20 minute mark and it looks like that's happening for a lot of other folks so that can't be a coincidence.

 

Same problem here as well. It starts round about 15 to 20 minutes Mossa workout. The video continues normally but the analysis and the clock starts to stutter.

I have also the same problem and until now i suspected that it was my internet connection, i did a series of network tests and it was all ok. Glad to know that this is an app issue and that they are investigating this.

 

Been using the app everyday this week. The experience is terrible. Averages going down. At least its consistently BAD!

 

I'm also back to getting dumped out of XBox Fitness when the (pretty awful by then) sessions are ending and supposed to be totting up the scores etc. At first, it did this (but very slowly).

Now the last few routines I have done, I've just got dumped out and it is a gamble as to whether any stamps are recorded or even if the entire workout was recorded as even happening.

I am trying to finish off all the achievement stamps on Insanity but have to skip some of the workouts as there is no way I will get 5-stars on certain exercises because of the bug. I even tried a 10-minute workout last night, expecting to do 2 or 3 but
when it dumped me out after the first workout ended and didn't give me any of the stamps I had earned, I lost interest and played Destiny instead - not exactly the idea of XBox Fitness.

Daily Burn's BlackFire is starting to look a much better option. It has been over a week now and no fix since the update that broke XBox Fitness.

 

Any updates on this thread as i am suffering from this also..
