New Lag/Freezes Since XBox Fitness Update

Add me to the list. P90, Insanity and Mossa all did this - three different workouts...

CDN Error - Resource not found

Xbox Fitness is now listed as 'up and running' on
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status again. There was an update to the game which rolled out in the last few days.

Does anyone who had the CDN/startup issues still have them after installing this recent update?

Unfortunately, even if the CDN/startup issues are fixed, they seem to have introduced a new problem: New Lag/Freezes Since XBox Fitness Update

 

Xbox one freezing

Not sure if it's similar, but since the last update my Xbox one will freeze. It starts slow, a little lag, then if I try and turn it off it freezes. I have to unplug the console to reset it.

[/quote]They say the are investigating the issue. A few people got replies over twitter and email. I am pretty hoeful there will be an update to fix this, but no idea how long it will take.

I also noticed the game takes more heart rate readings now btw. That's pretty nice, although they sometimes seem very inaccurate (199 during pilates). Also, Xbox Fitness takes 4GB of reserved space now. I don't think it did that before? Perhaps they added
this to improve video buffering? I have to say, although the game lags with this issue, the video does play smooth.

Looks like its being worked on. Hopefully a fix comes soon.

 

I'm having the exact same problem. It started after the latest update because before that I never had any problems with it. The question is, does the Xbox team know about the issue? I spoke with support person and they said no one has reported this
issue and they were not aware.... I really hope this get fixed soon because it's super annoying when you know you're kicking *** and you only end up with a couple of stars.

 

Glad to hear I'm not only one. I noticed the score counter freezing issue immediately after the latest update. Mossa fight routine would work just fine for the first 10-15 minutes and after that the freezing would start. The video will continue to run flawlessly
and the Kinect sensor will track my movements just fine, only the score calculation will freeze occasionally and not give me full score. Also, as can be seen from below video, the UI gets totally jammed after the workout:

Now they I see more people are having the same issue, I'm pretty confident it will be fixed soon.

 

I'm having the same problem. I think the update is sucking up the memory. I hope they fix it petty soon.

 

I did talk to them last night about this issue...and although at first it seemed like they were wondering if it was only me having the issue, I sent them the link to this thread and said "It isn't only me, here is a forum post with many others with the same
problem" in the end, they are aware and hopefully they will be able to fix it soon! ^_^

 

Same issue here as well. Pretty frustrating.

 

Agreed frustrated, they should just role it back while the figure out what went wrong.

 

Have been getting pretty frustrated with the lag though a bit happier others are having the same problem and the issue is currently being looked into.

I have one question for anyone who likes a challenge can i add someone to my friends list please to compete against as i cannot complete all challenges without active friends who do the fitness.
