New issue I can't report to the console app "report a problem"

I just spent 2 hours with tech support for the same problem with my series X and XS. I did every ounce or troubleshooting imaginable and first they blamed my ISP even though I was hardwired to fiber.

The end result was "download the report a problem app", which would be great if I could sign in and download the app.

Initially when I logged onto my X, two profiles showed up. Mine and my girlfriends. For some reason my appearance settings copied hers. Pink colors and her name under my profile. I tried to change the color scheme and got an error (0x80a40408) that didn't even pop up on Google. Then support asked me to remove the account and re add. Screen would have a spinning icon for a minute or more until it went right back to the add new account screen.

We wiped the whole thing to no avail. I am doing this on two Xbox consoles so I didn't erase the XS profile bc their technicians don't know a thing about networking, and I was right to do so. After they made me change xbox network settings, it double natted my xs which also stopped me from download the report app.

I also tried to add new account on my XS that did the exact same thing.

Same! Ive had some freezing apps issues, and everytime the team wil tell me to use report a problem, but it just gets stuck. Or take too long respond

So I have removed my profile, soft reset my console, re-linked my profile and same problem.

When I try to report a problem through the console- guess what-I get the synching issue with the report a problem app. What the heck!

The article says to report the problem through the mobile apo, but I can't find that feature in the app. I have no idea what has happened, but it is absolutely maddening.

I see. If it is only happening to a few games, please report the issue using the Report a problem app so that they can investigate it on their end.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then select Store.

Select Search, and then enter Xbox Report a Problem in the search box.

Choose the app from the search results, and then select Download.

Follow the instructions in the section “Report a new problem” to submit your problem report.

Hey there!

The Ambassadors and Moderators here unfortunately don't have the power to take action on misleading information in the marketplace. Your best bet is to use the "Report a problem" section on your console.

Hold Guide button on your controller when the console is on as if you were trying to remotely turn off your console or controller.

Scroll to the bottom to "Report a problem" and select it.

Once the feedback app is open, scroll to "Report new Problem" and navigate to the "Store" section then the "Games/App Details Page"

From there you can detail and submit an issue to an area that is more suiting for resolving this kind of issue.
