    as stated by an other here, the interface doesnt necessarily utilize increased resources.

    If not already a member of the insider program i recommend it as a loy of the updates within the preview program show they are continuously working to improve and optimize interface

    Can I buy Halo 3 ODST without MCC? I had it on disk but traded it awhile ago?
    You can for the 360 still but as far as playing the Xbox One version you need to already have the MCC as it is integrated into the interface.

    Went up to level 56 without ever using a shield.

    But now with most of my skills at 100, I'm taking up Blocking and hoping to improve that to continue leveling up.

    Time to use Toa's Defender (dragon bone shield with magic resistance and block fortification)
