New Insiders App doesn't show Xbox under 'Manage devices'

Hi, download the Xbox Insider Hub from the app store, open it up and on the landing page, select settings, then manage devices and remove.

It doesnt show as a device on my insider hub (i tried that) as it has been registered under someone else's account i expect.

Hi, i have just opened the xbox insider hub on my pc and under manage devices it doesnt show any listed.

But if it was tegistered by a previous owner, would it show up in my insider hub?

As i mentioned i am very new to xbox, never had one or an xbox account prior to a couple of weeks ago.

Sorry to see any issues with the Insider App. The reason why a console wouldn't show up there is if a console isn't registered, but that doesn't mean there isn't a problem with it. You will want to ask this over on our Insider forums since you are part of
the preview program.

I ensured that you should now have access to the Insider forums linked at the bottom of my post. I've also got

your other thread pointing towards this one so you know your next steps. You'll want to post in there what's up with your console, and submit feedback through the app once your console is registered again about the Media Player bug you discovered. In the
future, posting in the Insider forums will be the best place for you to get support after submitting feedback through your console. Thanks for understanding!

My mistake, i failed to mention it was the version 2. Also it doesn't work wired or wireless with my pc. Pc doesn't see it wia Bluetooth and says that device has faied to be recognized. Yet works fine with the Xbox.

Gotcha, does it show up under device manager as failed device (or not working) Control Panel > Device Manager (will like appear under Human Interface Devices). If it does, try uninstalling it from there and removing drivers and try installing it again.

You can unenroll from the Insider program by using the Xbox Insider Hub app, and going to Settings > Manage Device from every device
