New Insider update

After the latest insider update (the 5/12/2019 one) every time I turn on my console it goes to a black screen and has to be manually restarted. Additionally the "report a problem" button crashes my system or never finishes collecting data (i left it running
for 10 hours overnight and it didnt finish). Also all of my installed apps delete themselves every time the console turns off (not affected by the restart option). I also have been unable to connect to multiple games online service including Battlefield
4, COD WW2, Destiny 2 (I can if I let it sit at the title screen for 5 minutes before pressing A), or COD Modern Warfare Remastered. All of them (except Destiny 2) just sit at "connecting to xbox live" or dont even launch at all (if they dont launch they
give me an error that isnt referenced anywhere when I typed it in quotes on google I received 0 results).

I am unable to post in the Insider Forums for some reason so I am forced to post this here.

I tried to play games normally on my other xbox that isnt in the insiders program and everything works flawlessly.

I have tried the following to resolve my issue:

-Factory defaulted the console

-tried installing my games and apps internally (theyre on an SSD normally)

-Took my xbox to 2 other houses with different network setups and ISPs

-Reset my router, modem, access point, and private DHCP and DNS servers

--Tried using my ISPs default DHCP and DNS servers

---Xbox says I have an open NAT

I'm in the Alpha ring and I had the same problem happen a few times. In the end I power cycled my console and that seemed to do the trick, hasn't happened at all since then (so far!).

You didn't mention... what ring is the console in? A B D or Omega

Is it wired or WiFi?

I suggest you Factory refresh your console with a wired connection to the router, without the external drive connected, but first I would power cycle the router and wait... until the router is fully functional before turning the console back on and seeing
if the update completes.

Also if you have Instant On setting change it to Power Saving.
