new insider update causing problems?

The Same thing is happening to me now, Im also part of the preview programme. My console is on the home screen and it cannot open anything it just makes a noise and nothing, It doenst even say its connected to xbox live. Might be a bad update i hope it can
be fixed

You'll both want to post in the
Xbox One Insider Program Forums for the best information and assistance. Since the update is still in the early stages, things may not work correctly at times since it is a Beta. So they'll have the best insight and be able to troubleshoot any potential
issues. If you want to opt out of the Insider Program, you can do so from the Insider app on the console. Keep in mind thought that doing so, will cause your console to factory reset and any games and apps will need to be reinstalled to the console.

I've discussed this internally, and the good news is, the root cause is understood and it's a recent problem in the 20190 Insider build, which causes problems for certain types of AppContainers which have disabled Registry Write Virtualization. People
are reporting that the problem is fixed in the current internal build and will be available in the next Insider build release. I'll update to the latest internal build and report back if my problem is solved.

I researched the 10016 errors from DistributedCOM, these may be a red herring and not the cause (maybe an effect). the cause is the failure to read the virtualized registry from the AppContainer.

If nobody mentions that we are not in the insider program. It is because we are not, this problem was caused by the update that Microsoft released, curiously we all have that problem after it was updated

Are you part of the Xbox Insiders? May be one of the causes of the problem, I haven't received any updates in recent days, and I'm not part of the Insiders anymore
