New glitch from 60 to 98 overall

There tons of people going from 60 to 98 overall in 2k19. You only need to get to 99 overall to get a free copy of nba 2k20. Im reporting them and nothing is being done. Some are your so called verified players.

The recent 2k19 update just caused a 120,000 worth of vc invested in my created shoes for my 3 myplayers, all because they are trying to promote the broken 2k20. We all have heard its trash. I want my 120,000 in vc back to replace my created shoes that
they charge 10,000 in vc to purchase.
