New games

I know a lot of games are being pushed back but is any one else frustrated at the lack of games available for Xbox One? Xbox is my console of choice but after read that PS4 is coming out with H1Z1 soon its disappointing that Microsoft hasn't seen the
light. I know that Dying Light is coming out one day with in the next couple of years or so. Also I am extremely excited about Star Wars Battlefront when ever that comes out. But with the popularity of DAY Z and other online survival games I wish they would
have more to offer. Its just an opinion. Not trying to start anything, I will always have xbox as number 1. I just wish they would catch up other then promising.

im getting the destiny ps4 bundle just for ps4 exclusives H1Z1, The Order 1886, Uncharted,The last of us and man i would love a game like DAYZ on my X1 i really hope H1Z1 turns out great

 

Just wait until fall. We have so many games coming out then, Im gonna be broke.

 

The Xbox One isn't a year old yet, it'll take a while for a nice amount of games come out. This happens every time with a new console.

I totally agree! Where are the games?

Even the titles announced at E3 i think are lacking. Dont get me wrong there are some great games coming (destiny, master chief collection), but last gen just felt like there was always something awesome to look forward to.

Games like Gears of War, Mass Effect, Bioshock, Fallout 3, Oblivion/Skyrim, Dead Space, Red Dead Redemption the list goes on. Not to mention the arcade games which were constantly being pumped out with great content.

I dont know i just feel a real lack of originality this gen. I do enjoy it, but im just not as excited for the new games. Where is the inivation they put into last gen?

I also find the dashboard and community options on it to be lacking from the xbox 360. They seem to have gone backwards in some areas, but thats a discussion for another thread.

 

Op, I think October onwards will be a different story. Did you keep the 360? Huge library to keep you going there.

 

September-October is when games will start to come out. Right now it is a only a small trickle of games. Transformers and a sniper game just recently came out.

 

It's always the last quarter of the year when the goodies are released. Only a few months to go, so not long.

 

Im gonna have to agree im ready for new "nex gen" games now. There looks like a couple of good games coming in the fall. But only a couple. How am i suppose to convince my friends without systems to buy xbox? When there isnt anything good to play.

 

This is why I'm not upset I don't have an X1 yet.

 

Guys, look at October and November. From there on out we have a bunch of games to look forward to. I haven't looked into h1z1, but I would love for a dayz type game on xbox one. Preferably a complete game...not this pre alpha they have been stuck in for
the past few years on pc.

 

@ jimistig - I think you're giving last gen too much credit. You're naming all of the best titles from an entire generation. What came out with its release? Cod, madden, FIFA, condemned and some other awful shooter? As I said before we are closing in
on some awesome titles in the coming months (and year). If people want developers to pour a $100 million into several new titles a year they need to open up their piggy banks and stop waiting until games are on $5 super sale 2 years after release.
