New games not in games and apps

I bought a pre paid FarCry5 deluxe code and started to install but the actual game never showed up only the extra content downloaded

Another bit of info. Games wil start if you make sure you're disconnected completly from the internet. No apps or online functions but at least you can play your games. Hope this helps some people. I know this is frustrating but this isn't as bad as the
time Sony's network was down for 3 months. lol

So with things not working while online makes me wonder if the reason is because the Xbox is not sending information but receiving it because it does load ads n whatnot... Idk just a thought. cant fix anything if you dont know the cause of the problem

Would you be able to send us photos of where you are seeing this on the console so we can get a better idea of what is going on?

If you check your
commerce page do you see an entitlement for the game?

Also, if you check the console store are you able to select download of play from there?

with the new home the idea the idee is give the choice to the player to customize it like they want with create groups, pin, etc...

Which definition for 'idee" did you mean?

1. an idea that dominates one's mind especially for a prolonged period of time

or

2. an idea considered as a real factor in the behavior of an individual or social group and thus in the course of events

I am genuinely interested to know which definition you were using.

As for your suggestion, good. I was talking about the "My games and apps" section, not the home page. I agree, being able to customize your home is a good feature.

Hi Twidget, im recomend to you make a groups whit your favorite games and apps, and pin on Home screen. Is more faster and looks pretty.

Nice recomendation, not sure what it has to do with liking the other layout better.

The best Option for your current Situation.

Respectfully, I am not asking for anything. I am not asking for help in accepting the new layout. The new home layout is ok. I am talking about one section of our profile experience. In the "My games and apps" section, you used to be able to navigate sideways
with the use of LB and RB (controller buttons). That feature has been removed. It seems that the new layout probably doesn't work with that feature. If the new layout is so awesome, why did they have to remove useful functionality?

By the way, you used to be able to use LB/RB with the home screen, to go to the different sections.

Not all change is good change. It seems that people believe all change is good. So not true.
