    i saw you on the xbox forums and you said you had problems after you changed your gamer tag using the backwards compatible games. i cannot figure out how to fix the problem i am having it as well. any help?

    Account Change Question...

    Yeah, but if I changed that gamertag from Mosh1mo to something else, will that make that gamertag available or forever gone? I just want my gamertag for a new console... Not the games as he can keep them.

    Unable to add son to xbox one

    I have this exact same issue, spent hours yesterday on chat support, it has now been escalated. I can create new gamertag's on the console but dont really want to lose my sons existing gamertag.

    If you don't have an EA account it should prompt you to create one when starting the game, would this not work?

    The free month is only available during the process of creating a new account. You have to chose yes when it asks to join live. Every console allows up to three 1 month trials for three brand new accounts created on it.
