New Gamerpic still not uploaded!

During the pandemic Microsoft turned off the option for uploading a new custom gamerpic. Too many people would be trying to upload gamerpics at the same time and there wouldn't be enough moderators to check over gamerpics.

Uploading new custom gamerpics is temporarily disabled to help Microsoft manage record server load during the pandemic:

You can still choose any of the standard (non-custom) gamerpics for your profile.

Hello , you get some error when you try to upload the Gamerpic or you can upload it and it is not updated, I ask this because this process is done automatically by the system, and it can accept or not certain types of images or photo, either by size or content.

I am able to upload a gamerpic but it doesn't update. everytime I try it says what it would normally say "We're uploading your new gamerpic!" and "Done! You'll see your updated gamerpic once we've verified it's okay." yet I still have a default gamerpic and I keep trying with different images and nothing works.

Many people have been having trouble with custom gamerpics lately, which might indicate an issue on Microsoft's end. The only thing anybody can do is wait it out. Give it at least 24 hours. If you still don't see your new gamerpic, try uploading it again.

When you upload custom gamerpics, it can take a little while to process, so you might still see the previous one for the time being.

I see an anime girl as your current gamerpic. Is that the one you've been trying to upload?
