New game pass perks for the games i have not showing up

Hello,

I need help. With the release of winter update on halo infinite, new Game Pass perk came, with s7 sniper skin. I wanted to grab it but i cant. When i go to perks, i only see assasin`s creed odyssey perk, nothing else. Can you help me fix it or solve the issue? thanks

Hello JimmyRings3504, as well as the Game Pass catalog, subscription perks automatically appear in the Xbox App.

If you're trying to view perks through the Xbox App on PC, try using your mobile phone and see if the item you want is showing at the App.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly perform an extended powercycle on your console and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If that didn't work, reset will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

thanks for your answer. I have never subscribed to discord nitro in the past, so I'm eligible for this perk. but it don't show up?? Only the overcooked dlc perk shows up and yes I'm subscribed to Xbox game pass Ultimate

Kindly repair and reset the app by following the steps below:

Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Search for the Xbox App > Advanced Options > Repair > Reset.
