New game concept

The fact that you have asked this question here demonstrates that you know nothing about the Video Gaming Industry.

I don't mean that in a mean and nasty way.

You might have a really great idea.

You might find that your Great Idea was released as a game in 1997.

If you want to make your idea a reality it will require much more drive than posting a vague question in an internet Forum and hoping someone would suddenly say "Yeah, sure... a complete stranger from the internet with a 'great idea'... we can invest millions
of dollars into that".

If you're seriously interested perhaps a good start would be look at a game you know or like.. and look into how it was actually made, from concept to console?

I think you are meaning like head gear linked lense to control where the camera is facing ect. There is a detector type of headset I do think is used for some with accessibility issues on the adaptive controller

Although they have discontinued the Kinect, and it was still is a real cool device, they do have

Windows Mixed Reality headsets for Windows 10.

Adding in support to the modern Xbox might be difficult, but not impossible, and something that could be added to newer consoles or integration into xCloud.

After the Kinect debacle I wouldn't expect something like this on an Xbox console.
