New forza does not start even with game pass and premium package

I purchased the Premium Forza motorsport package to play in advance, as I already have a game pass. however, yesterday, on October 5th, I was unable to access the game. Even with all the add-on packages already present in my account, when starting the game, it returned the message that I was early and did not allow me to play. Can anyone help me so that there is a solution to the problem?

D9es anyone still have the same issue. I still cannot play Forza Motorsport and have tried everything mentioned or advised here and from Forza help.

I can't be the only one left who cannot play?

None of this is working so please get in touch with the forza team and see if y'all can come up with a fix for this or just refund people their money because this is unacceptable. It is unplayable on PC and it is unplayable on the series s and it is unplayable in the cloud I cannot play nowhere and I've been in touch with everybody and still no answer

Im sorry to hear that guys.

But the only thing that worked from me, was pray to God and thanks to Him I was able to return my old console where I bought it and get a new one.. I discovered that was not only forza, starfield and F12022 also did not work. I would check if it is only forza, if not try to get in touch with Microsoft or the store to seek a solution

I'm having the same problem too and it does not work on cloud either. The game will start up but soon as I press a to go inside the game it dashboards me every time or it'll freeze up and as well on PC it will not play. Forza refuses to reply to my ticket to report a problem. This is unacceptable
