New Feature Requests: Previous gamertags / Chat Logs

1) Now that we have a new set of rules for gamertags, can we PLEASE see all previous gamertags under someone's profile? I have several friends that would change their name regularly before this update, and now it seems like everyone is changing
their name all the time. Some people I don't play with enough to know who they are. It used to be you could see a gamertag change in their feed, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Just add something in the profile that says "Previously Known As"
with a list of EVERY gamertag they used in the past, retroactively even including ones before the update (if possible). This is a much needed feature especially if you play games with smaller communities and run into the same players all the time (some of
which you may not be on good terms with). Very important to know this info.

2) There also needs to be an option when viewing a profile to see all previous communications between you and that player. I hate having to send the person a message to see what was said before, only to find out I had them blocked because they were toxic/harassing.
This goes hand in hand with #1 in terms of identifying players you may recognize but may not be sure how your previously interacted with them. Additionally, sometimes I need to see what I said to a friend and it's cumbersome to have to send a "hi" just to
read the chat that is now buried until 3 pages.

Two very simple and very needed features. Please Microsoft give this to us.
