    Same here, I've been In the preview dashboard beta signup for two years. I bought a new xbox one s, downloaded the insider hub app and enrolled this new xbox in the program. My old xbox received the new dashboard update. On my xbox one s I am receiving this
    error message.

    I have the Xbox Series X and I don’t have the new dashboard. All of my friends have the Xbox Series S and they have it. Please help
    Be careful what you wish for!

    If you want a DASHBOARD full of ADVERTISING and NO CUSTOMISATION then this New Experience is for you.

    If on the other hand you want to have YOUR content front and centre, you agree with +/-90% of Insiders who loathed this new experience and informed Xbox through Report a problem and "discussion" posts on the Reddit Xbox Insider forum with over 11 months of feedback that wasn't listened to.

    Microsoft fixed it. It's working now
    They have not fixed it for me I still have this issue.

    No, IF you are in an Insider preview and the console is chosen to have the new dashboard it will install when the console is updated to the latest version.

    Believe me, its not that great, unless you like looking at ADS for Gamepass, Store and Movies.

    Also you cannot customise the Home with Clubs and other pins you may have on your current dashboard.

    Check the Reddit Insider discussion posts that have been around since September 2022 to understand what most Insiders think of the "New Experience" dashboard.
