    New Dashboard Experience


    I’m currently in Group B. I like the IDEA, but I think it is just flawed. I personally enjoyed Group A better for one big reason. The four tiles instead of the massive games and apps icon helped decrease lag, even though I never really used Mixer or Gamepass, it was nice having the Store and Games and Apps tiles right at the general area of everything else on the Home screen without having to scroll down to get to Store or Community. I hope Xbox Insider Staff sees this and acknowledges this feedback.

    Quick question...

    Are you on the normal dashboard or are you in the Preview Program on the New Xbox One Experience dashboard?

    If you're on the normal dashboard, what prompted the green loading screen? (Did you have a console update or is this a new console)?

    The Xbox one new experience is not fully stable as its still being tested. Please report any issues or bugs you have found with the new experience and post it here,

    The new Xbox one dashboard that is a lot more stable will be released on 11/11/2015 this should fix all the problems you are having with the dashboard.

    What you're describing may be a new feature/function implemented with the new dashboard. For my experience on the old dashboard I was able to go into system settings and re-validate my billing with the card on file.
