New controller update ruins dead zones and linear response curve

In the past when having dead zones off and a linear response curve you have a permanent small amount of stick drift which is ideal for certain games. In the most recent update, something was implemented to combat that which would allow the stick drift to kick in then proceed to immediately stop itself almost like it would recenter the stick as if you had never touched it at all. Some games such as apex legend gives you a disadvantage and almost makes it useless to run the response curve with no dead zone. I do not play other games on this particular setup but has anyone else ran into this problem. At least allow us to revert to the previous update I am on a Xbox series controller and we are not allowed to revert to the pervious firmware.

from what I understand you have added in update 5.23.5.0 a virtual dead zone that when your stick is close enough to zero input its coded to snap to zero as a way to combat stick drift which makes dead zones feel off and that you are not able to turn this feature off or revert to not have this as some games its beneficial to have some drift i.e apex legends. this also effects all games and micro adjustments are harder to do as you are fighting the virtual dead zone that you can't adjust or test. essentially you can't have no dead zone anymore.

I could not find this on Xbox website I found it on a battle beaver post a very reputable custom controller designer company
