    Microsoft has abysmal customer service. My new series X controller doesn’t work out of the box. I cannot add it to my account to facilitate a return, and the replacement form was just returned to me because, “our tools arent working.”

    I need you guys to return this controller and give me a new one that works.

    BOught a stereo headset as well as a new controller. wouldn't you know- the old headset works fine with the new controller and the new headset doesn't work with old controller.

    Problem- DEAD controller headset port.

    Thank you for your reply. Is it the new controller that doesn’t work on windows 10? That’s a shame I’ve bought a new controller for nothing 😪
