New computer, how do i reget minecraft windows 10

According to your explanation and since you are sure you have made a purchase of the game before on your account, it would be best to try checking first if you are signed in with the correct Microsoft account you have made the purchase with.

Try also going over your purchase, history to make sure that you do own the the game with the account that you are signed with.

I see in the second photo it has a install on my devices option. Have you tried to click that? Also, I'd say anything to do with codes and stuff should be sent directly to microsft themselves as they have a lot more power than us on the forums do!

Thanks for your response. You may want to consider reinstalling Minecraft for Windows 10, if there were any software errors this should correct them by rewriting the game to your computer. Here's how to do so:
