    New computer does not recognize that I have paid $14.99 for upgrade in Solitare Collection,


    My xbox user name is ID'd by my new computer but my paid account for the Solitaire Upgrade is not recognized. How can I clear this up?

    I sadly had to move from my Windows phone back over to Android, I have a premium subscription to Microsoft Solitare Collection running on my Windows 10 and I am also running the game on my Android phone. I have Xbox installed on the phone and though I am
    signed into my account when I open the Microsoft Solitaire game on my Android phone it does not recognize my premium subscription. I asume that if I am logged in to my account that it would know that I have a premium edition of the game, or do I have to pay
    a separate subscription on my Phone? I hope I don't have to because I should not have to pay for one on my computer and one on my Phone. When I had a Windows phone I had no problem but now that I am on an Android phone it does not connect me to my premium
    subscription. Any idea on what I need to do to get the phone to recognize my premium subscription to Microsoft Solitare Collection?

    Microsoft Account Order History for that account, do you see the transaction for that purchase listed there?

    can not login to xbox on new computer

    the problem is that when accessed by the solitare game xbox does not recognize the new computer. when i sign in to xbox from a browser there is no problem.

    Solitaire Collection will not load after April 2018 Windows Update

    My Windows 10 upgrade happened last week: about Oct 8, 2018. Caused my entire computer system to CRASH. Had only a blank screen. Dell got my computer going again. Several questions please:

    1. HOW DO I STOP UPGRADES FROM WINDOWS 10. Each upgrade has done great damage to my computers. PLEASE HELP ME TO STOP THEM!

    2. My system is now working "better"... AM A PREMIUM MEMBER OF THE MICROSOFT SOLITAIRE COLLECTION. In fact since I got my system back, I think I have paid about 3 times just to get the games to play. TODAY,,, I am now getting the error message 121003...
    like those listed below:

    I AM DEFINITELY CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET!!! I updated my password so I could sign up with the game...hoping once they recognized "me", they'd recognized my internet system.

    I had no problems before Windows 10 upgrade (Oct 2018) ruined just about everything on my computer. HATE WINDOWS 10. Pam from WI.
