    Got the collection Foods2 but it won't download...been trying for days!

    The new collection Volcanoes took my coins but won't download. As well the puzzles for the Daily challenge often won't download. How can I get rid of some of the collections as I have completed them all

    I have downloaded Microsoft Solitaire Collection to my new Dell and when I try to open it the following day, the program is just gone. I was able to re-load (with some determination)once, but now it won't load at all. I just can't find it on my hard drive.

    You may have to download them again. Go to See All Collections. You should see all the collections you own but they may say New, download. DL them again.

    New wrinkle: This afternoon when I loaded the jigsaw software, I got one of those web pages telling me there was a new collection called Camping. When O went to dlownload the collection (thinking I could download the others as well, I still get the message
    that there are no new collections.

    According to all the PRISM news, the NSA are getting data, with or without co-operation so it's not like they won't be collecting Sony data too.

    Google and Apple both claim to not be complying but have had their data collected by the NSA too.
