New card says been redeemed I just scratched it today I bought it in December last year...

Hello , unfortunately it is not possible to request refunds for Gift Cards once they have been redeemed into an account, so to be able to request a refund the cards would have to have been purchased in digital format directly from the Microsoft store and could not have been redeemed.

By your description the cards should be physical cards that you buy at partner stores, in cases like this the refund has to be requested from the store where you bought it, and the cards cannot be scratched or damaged.

No I tried refunding the items my freind bought with the gift cards I wasn't trying to refund the cards just the items cause I wanna spend them on what I want but my freind spent so I need help refunding the items that were bought

I usually get Xbox LIVE for around $30 a year and I usually buy three years at a time.. Just wait for the holiday season and places will have sales on LIVE 12 month cards and whatever they call MSP cards now. I bought $140 worth of MSP for $70 at Target
last December.

Sorry I am having the same problem, bought our year one last week and redeemed the code on Tuesday and now its not working today, says I need to buy membership. Anyone?
