hiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!!!!!!
ahhh i'm trying to create an account with a new email @outlook, but i can't, i can't at all, i write the password, mail, date of birth and name and after that it's always loading, the account is not created

If you're trying to migrate your Mojang account, first create a Microsoft account using that link.
Once you do it, go back to Minecraft.net and select now "I already have a Microsoft account" or similar

**Use that link on incognito / private mode

If the issue persists, try using a completely wifi network. And if maybe you're using a VPN service or similar, disable it

im play on pc and phone but tried create new account everywhere!:
site on pc, xbox on pc, xbox app, minecraft on phone, site on phone
and its link dont help me, again always loading after trying to create an account
but im dont understand whats mean use web site tools to create new account

May I know where are you trying to create a new account?
I mean, are you trying to migrate a Mojang account and use the in-website tools to create a new Microsoft account
And in what device? PC, phone, tablet, etc.
