    So a couple days ago my Microsoft account got hacked. And I created a new account with the same email as the old one. Is this safe? Does the hacker still have access? How can I check and be more secure that nobody can get in?

    Help with new account

    Ok go to system storage then gamer profile delete the gamer profile then go to xbox.com and sign in with ID make an account or you can creat an account at the last tab on your xbox hope it helps feel free to message me on xbox live if you need any further

    Create a new account . Its actually a violation of the TOU to use someone elses account and could cause alot of hassle for you. Just delete the account from the console and create a new one yourself.

    Hello,

    Well, this is going to be kind of tricky to explain to you so let me start off by saying that if your Hotmail Account is Banned/Locked out you would need to start by moving it over to a new e-mail address by filling out the Microsoft Account Recovery form.
    After you have moved the account to a working e-mail, you will then need to contact either Microsoft Chat or Phone support and they will be able to initiate a region transfer (as long as the region you are wanting to use is supported by Xbox LIVE.)

    Click this link here, once your at that page you want to click "I think someone else is using my Microsoft account" and
    click Reset Password. Enter in the e-mail for the account, and then click "I can't use any of these options", follow through with the prompts on the rest of the pages and you'll be asked to fill in a form with as much information as possible.

    Once you've changed the e-mail over, click this link here to speak with a
    Microsoft Support agent via Chat/Phone and tell them that you'd like to inquire about migrating your Xbox LIVE account to another region. They should paste you the following information:

    You have chosen to migrate your Xbox LIVE account to a new country. You should be aware that certain Xbox LIVE content, features and functions may vary depending on your location, due to licensing limitations provided by specific providers. In order to
    proceed, you must confirm that you have been informed of and fully understand the consequences of the migration of your Xbox Live account:

    Microsoft reminds you that the migration of your Xbox Live account will have the following consequences:

    Some of the services and content that you are currently benefiting from in the country originally registered may not also be available in the country you are willing to migrate to.

    All of your current subscriptions, except for Xbox Live Gold if you had any, will be cancelled.

    You may lose the ability to re-download some, if not all, of the content in your download history.

    Any content that you will subsequently download after the account is migrated will be subject to any applicable geofencing rules of your new location.

    Note on Geofencing: If you bought something in the country you originally registered in that wasn't geofenced, it could be that it will be if bought again, in your new location. These geofencing constraints depend on the license to distribute
    that Microsoft was granted by the content providers.

    Please note that the migration process can take up to 6 weeks. During this time your account will not be available. No refunds will be given for any content that is lost during the migration.

    To answer the last bit of your question, if you decided to move to another account the map packs purchased and armor would not come with you. If you are using the same console the map packs would be available to play on but anything unlocked on that
    gamertag would not (rank, emblems, avatar items, rewards etc including the legendary armor).
