New account created and can't connect to ancien

Hello

I wanted to connect to my Xbox account on PC but by entering my email address, a new account was created as well as my Microsoft Store account. I can find my old account by searching for it in the users list but cannot access it.

Don't worry about your English, you can understand each other perfectly.
If you're sure you're using the correct email address but can't access your account, try resetting your password. On the Xbox sign-in page, select the "Forgot your password?" and follow the steps to reset your password. This will allow you to access your original account if it is still activated.

I tried to change my password but it still logs me into the new account and not the old one.

Try uninstalling the Microsoft store and reinstalling it, it should not start automatically.

My email address was connected to a different account. I switched the emails connected to that account. I then created my new gamertag from the email I disconnected from that account and created my new account. I then went back and closed the extra account
and now I can't log into my new account. Can anyone help?
