Never Recieved Xbox Live Rewards

Ive been on Live for 10 years now, never recieved a discount for tenure but xbox rewards used to offer discount for gamerscore milestones which was pretty cool.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Regarding where deposits go, Xbox Live Rewards Credits are deposited into your Microsoft Account for use as currency. At checkout, you will be able to select your Microsoft Account as your payment method, and funds will be withdrawn from your account. You
can go to your MyStatement on the MyRewards page to see a complete record of your Credit and deposit events, and then use this information to check your commerce page (https://commerce.microsoft.com/) for the deposits
as currency, where they will be listed as refunds with a negative amount.

For example, your last deposit of 53,400 was deposited into your account on April 8, 2015. You subsequently spent this on How to Survive on June 1st, Life is Strange on June 6th, and then miscellaneous FIFA point purchases. Your
current pending amount of 1250 is un-deposited since we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit,
you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

When credits are deposited, they are added as currency to your Microsoft account balance (same place money from Xbox gift cards go). Your statement on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site will list when any deposits took place. You can verify deposits
by checking your returns at http://commerce.microsoft.com

I've also seen the post saying they've all been sent out. Except... That's BS. I and two other friends have never recieved ours, and we watched the LIVE Livestream. Kinda irritating to be forced to sign up for something you absolutely DON'T want, so you
can recieve a reward, then have the rewards essentially denied to you. Not using Mixr or participating in MixPot events if this is the baseline for customer service involving them.
