    Never recieved Minecraft digital

    Hi there

    I played Minecraft Xbox one edition from the disc for over 5 hours before the 30th of January so I would be eligible for the free digital copy of Minecraft.

    It's been over 14 days of waiting and I still have nothing in my ready to install on my Xbox.

    I contacted Xbox support twice about this issue to no avail.

    Any chance I can get some help with claiming my free copy?

    You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page. They are separate from the Xbox Rewards program.
