    So a while ago I first sent in a controller but I lost the tracking number so I just gave up. Then a couple months after that, I sent in a controller and a mic (mind you all are messed up inside not outside) but i lost the tracking number for that one too.
    Instead of giving up, I actually contacted xbox support that time and they gave me some reference numbers which led to a dead end. I just saw the reference numbers again so I decided to email USPS and they still have yet to email back. With xbox when i went
    and looked at the repair order, the orders were cancelled so this must've been why I never received anything back. Thing is though that I never cancelled the order so 1) Who decided to cancel my order and not tell me and 2) Can I atleast get those controllers
    and mic back. Now xbox won't respond too and keeps dodging me. Moral of the story if you're reading this, dont trust their "oh send it to us and we will send one back". Xbox customer service is garbage. Very disappointed.

    Fix the mic problem on all your controllers.

    This has been a problem for months. One day the mic just doesn't work. I have 2 mics and 3 controllers 1 Controller and mic are BRAND NEW. I have tried everything with support over the phone. Nothing works. Even so much as resetting the console to default. They
    claimed it was an issued to be fixed later ? Well When ? I am sick of the Copy & Paste solutions. It has been posted on these forums for some time now.

    Xbox party not registering me talking

    When i talk the mic monitoring picks up my voice however it doesnt say im talking in party or game chat, no one can hear me. Ive tried updating controller restarting my console unpluggin n plugging mic back in, muting and unmuting none of these have worked,
    it happened out of no where and none of my mics register me talking in party chat, currently using hyperx cloud stinger though which i bought and recieved 30 minutes before this issue. Ive tried multiple mics and 2 controllers

    I think this is a hardware issue rather than a connection issue. If it was your connection the party would read "Disconnected" I would personally try to barrow another controller and another mic from a friend and try them vice versa with your controller
    and mic (mic 1 with controller 2, controller 1 with mic 2, and controller 2 with mic 2).

    not much of a fix but I had similar problem all the time when I get disconnected and reconnected to party chat usually turning off controller n turning on again can fix it, but could be a different problem try using different hardware mic n controller and
    see if that helps.

    I bought both a standard mic, as a replacement, and a mic adapter, to use with my Beats 2 headphones. Neither are working (standard mic before and after controller update as a result of the mic adapter) on two separate controllers.

    Its Just ordinary apple earphones that have a mic

    I tried it with my bros controller it still didn't work

    the earphones work with all of my other devices

    it never worked

    I went in settings and turned my mic on still didn't work

    Im in Canada there is no gamestop

    I tried 2 earphones with mics and 1 Bose headphones still didn't work
