Never recieved spotify and discord codes after buying GamePass Ultimate

So as the title says i have not received these codes via Xbox message yet. I do not own an Xbox One so i am waiting for a message in the Xbox Beta PC app.

I have waited around a week or so and still have not received a message containing the codes.

Need some help here, thanks

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your discord codes. I can totally understand how this could be pretty concerning. I suggest getting in contact with
customer support directly so that an agent can look into this matter a little more closely.

I still havent gotten mine. Ive chatted with support like 6 times, they all tell me different stories - wait a few weeks and it'll be in your email or check the Xbox PC app and it'll be there!

If the code came to you through Discord, you would need to contact Discord regarding it. Remember that the Gamepass Ultimate trials that come with Discord can only be redeemed by users who have never had Gamepass ultimate before.
