Never recieved RSV2 code for Pre ordering Rainbow six siege. It has been over the 7-10 days.

Ok so this is my 4th Post in the forums about this issue.. I have called MS 1 time and chated 2 seperat times online. And I still dont have my RSV2 code for pre ordering Rainbow six Siege. So I am just going to over explain everything so my thread
doesnt get closed again and I have to post yet again.

I preordered Rainbow six siege digitally on my xbox one. A few days later I recieved codes for RSV1 and RSV2. I only redeemed the code for RSV2 because I didnt need the code for RSV1 since it was a games with gold.... weeks and weeks
go by 30 + days since I recieved my codes for RSV1&2... Backward compatibility is now on the xbox one. I am downloading all my games I have digitally for the 360. I notice I dont have RSV2... Hmm what the heck. So I check my messages.. Ohhh MS auto deletes
my messages after 30 days on my xbox one. (where they sent the code.)... So I chat to a MS rep. He informs me that it appears that MS send me 2 codes for RSV1 and did not send me a code for RSV2. It was an ongoing issue. But he could not get me a new code.
First he suggested I post in the forums he sends me a link.. I post... Its the wrong forum.. He suggests I just cancel my pre order wait 3-4 days and re preorder I would be sent new codes automatically. Sounds like a plan so on Nov 20th I cancel my pre order...
about 5 days later right around before thanksgiving I re preorder rainbow six siege for the second time on my xbox one... So 15 days after I preordered that 2nd time, I didnt not recieve any new codes. None. I look online to double check time frame. it says
wait 7-10 days I am well past this window. I call MS.. Rep can not help me he sends me to a supervisor the supervisor said it was odd I had not recieved my new codes and told me to post in this forum.. Post 1 they tell me to wait 7-10 days... at the time
of that post it was 18+ days.. Post 2 I explain it is past 18+ days.... I get a private message with a code.. A code I believe is my original code I redeemed that was the wrong dam code and still does not work and gave me an error code.... I need a NEW code
for RSV2. I did not recieve any codes with my 2nd time around pre order for rainbow six siege. it has been close to 20 days now. I dont think the code is going to be sent. MS sent me the wrong code the first time... So can I please get a NEW code for RSV2.

So a recap summary.

Many many posts, phone calls, and chat sessions

Preordered 2 seperat times.

Codes with the first pre order where the wrong codes sent to me by microsoft

Microsoft rep tells me cancel and re preorder to get new codes.

I never got the codes for the second preorder.

20+ days I still dont have a working code for RSV2

So how do I get that NEW RSV2 code?

Rainbow Six Vegas and Vegas 2 codes not received after buying Rainbow six siege

I bought Rainbow six siege which included RSV and RSV2 but never received the codes and it has been more than 7-10 days.

 

Rainbow Six Siege pre order games not received

After pre ordering Rainbow Six Siege a day before the release I have still not gotten the pre order bonus that would grant me Rainbow six Vegas 1 and 2. This was supposed to take 7-10 days but still has not arrived via message.
