    Never recieved promotion code


    There was a promotion goijg on stating if you purchased 3 months xbox live you would recieve a code for 500 grand shark card for gta online . I didnt recieve it so a few weeks ago i called xbox and he said wait until november 2nd
    . Its the 3rd and i have not recieved any code. I am getting very confused and aggrivated please help .

    EA Access 1 month promotion code issue

    Hello! So a couple of months ago, I recieved a 1 month EA Access code from the promotion "Giving the gift of EA." This promotion was around in February of this year. I recieved the code from the Xbox Live Message Center. I never got a chance to redeem the
    code and it expired on May 30th. Is there a way that the code can be un-expired or if I could get a replacement code for it. Thanks!

    Never recieved my promotion

    I bought the 500k gta 5 promotion for 15 dollars for 3 months xbox live and never received it. I was lied to by managers and staff about receiving it days after and one said I would get it on Halloween but never received it. disappointed that after 5 people
    including a manager no one can resolve this problem when its in my order history and everything, all I need is the code and I will be happy.

    Hello Fireguymike20: I believe you were in the second part of this promotion. If you haven't recieved your codes by now then you will see them by the second week of June.

    It takes 6-8 Weeks after then end of the promotion for you to recieve you items.
