Never recieved my pre order bonus for NHL 17.

Hi, I never revieved my pre order bonus of NHL 17. It should have been a code for, 25 Gold Plus Packs for Hockey Ultimate Team (1 per week for 25 weeks). Total Value $50. and Equipment Bundle for EA SPORTS™ Hockey League. I already talked with a Microsoft
tech and a employee from EA and they told me to post here to revieve the code.

its almost christmas and i still waiting for my pre order points since october

i pre order both games battlefield 1 & FIFA 17 on microsoftstore.com and never recieved my 15,000 points for each game

As long as the game was pre-ordered on your account, this content automatically unlocks in-game, and is not content that was provided by a code. Try checking the game's 'Ready to install' by highlighting the game's tile, press the Menu button on your Xbox
One controller, and select 'Manage game'. Through there, look in the 'Ready to install' section for any DLC.

Are you logging into HUT each week in order to receive your packs? According to >>EA<< support, you need to
log into your HUT account each week to get access to your packs. Mister Beep is correct in that if you pre-ordered a digital copy, that content is automatically added to your game/account without needing a code. If you continue to be unable to locate the in-game
content, you will need to reach back out to EA support for further assistance as we are unable to assist or access that content.

Yes i log in almost everyday if not everyday and still nothing... I have contacted EA twice now and both times they have told me they can do nothing for me, that the promotional codes and pre order rewards are in Microsoft hands not theirs. So i dont know
what to do anymore.
