Never recieved my game awards mixpot

Hello,

Maybe a bit late, but i've never received my game awards mixpot.

I've checked my purchase history several times, but it never showed up.

And last night the inside xbox mixpot did show up, so it should be working.

So i'm wondering now, why i havn't received the game awards one, any idea?

Mixer told me to contact you guys here.

Didn't recieve Mixpot

I never recieved my Mixpot. My account is linked to Mixer and I did watch the Awards on there.

Same here. Watched it live on my Xbox, never showed up. My two sons watched it on their ipads live and both got the awards yesterday afternoon at the same time
