Never recieved my free game after buying a new xboxone

Hi, i bought a new xbobone on july 15th, and inside was a free game that we have to choose from a choice of 4, for free, i entered the 25 numbers code and never got nothing, we wanted forza 6, how do i get my free game, thanks Normand.

Free 3 months of groove with the purchase of 1

Well after much thought I took the plunge. I just preordered an Xboxone. I'm a mature gamer who likes fps and driving games. I will need mature friends on my new console, feel free to send fr request if u need friends who are buying the new Xbox. Heres
an idea, I would like to see a home security app using always on kinect, to watch my flat when I'm out. sending an email to my windows phone, and uploading video to the cloud.

The code you received in the box should have been a 16 digit code. You would have needed to fill out a form to request the game you want at this website -
microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame

If you did that and have not received your game code, you will need to fill out the form on the bottom of the offer's FAQ -

microsoft.promo.eprize.com/.../faq.html

Same problem for me too.

trying to buy Daytona USA

but daytona usa has a demo version that I can buy because it's free. but the demo version never appear on my xboxone.

may be the demo is not part of the descending program.

I managed to get the game "too human" which was free. bought (for free) on xbox360 marketplace and it appeared for download on my xbox one

i didn't try any other paid game.

In addition, I was playing this title on my XboxOne with no issues up until the title update for it that just recently happened. It was after this that I started recieving the Yule Hat error.

when you buy a new Xbox console,and setup a new account/gamertag on that new console,and if that process is completed without an interuption along the way,you will recieve a free Xbox Live Trial,i believe that 3 seperate and different accounts can be made
on a New Xbox 360,and recieve the Free Trial.
