Never recieved my Fallout 3 code

Promotion Details: Pre-Order Fallout 4 and receive a free copy of Fallout 3 when Xbox Backwards Compatibility is released.

Date of Purchase: November 7th (Guestimated)

I preordered Fallout 4 from the Xbox Live store a few days before it came out. The description said I would receive my code via a message to the account on which I pre-ordered the game for Fallout 3. I haven't received said code yet and it has been
longer than 7-10 days and XBC has been released.

Dark souls code still not recieved

Still haven't recieved my dark souls code after pre ordering dark souls 3, never recieved my fallout 3 code after preordering fallout 4 either

Firstly, let me just say that the Xbox Forums Support team are working their way through the forum posts, and you should expect a response within 2-3 working days to this thread. Please see below for more information in the mean time.

Secondly, please make sure you have reviewed the terms and conditions of this offer at the very bottom of this page: www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/fallout-4 to make sure that you are eligible to receive a code for Fallout 4.

Please also note that it can take up to 10 calendar days for the code to be sent to you via Xbox Live message.

Thirdly, it is possible that the message was sent to you but has since expired since all Xbox Live messages expire after 28 days.

If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and they may be able to retrieve your code.

If you were never sent the code, and believe you should have received it, it may have just been a glitch and again, Xbox Support will be along to lend a hand in getting you your code.

Thank you for the response. Just to clear a few things up.

The code I was supposed to receive was for Fallout 3, not 4. I purchased Fallout 4 and was able to download that right away. I went to the link you provided and double checked the terms and conditions. I am eligible and should have received it.

I purchased the game at least 15 days ago, but I think it's actually closer to 20.

I did not purchase the game longer than 28 days ago so this wouldn't be possible.

I did make an error in my original post. I pre-ordered the digital version from Gamestop and not from the Microsoft store. I was told I would get the code the same way, though. A message from Microsoft. If needed, I have my Gamestop eReceipt as well as the
redemption code I used to redeem Fallout 4.

I'm still waiting for a response about the same thing. I got the digital preorder code from gamestop and installed it from the xbox marketplace. They said xbox would contact with me with the fallout 3 code but haven't got it yet...

 

I don't mean to seem impatient, and I understand that it takes a while with the amount of posts in here but this has been up almost a week. Has there been any movement or progress?
